I Can Do This è l’ultimo singolo prodotto dall’italianissima Mikage ed è un brano in cui vengono abilmente mescolati elementi jazz, house, disco e lounge. Arricchito da un ritornello avvolgente e da un’atmosfera elegante, è risultato perfetto come colonna sonora dell’estate dei record italiana appena passata. Infatti, il singolo, che è stato dedicato a tutte quelle persone e donne che, almeno una volta nella vita, si sono sentite dire che non sarebbero riuscite a fare qualcosa (questo nella speranza che il singolo potesse dare quella grinta necessaria per non dubitare del fatto che invece potessero fare qualsiasi cosa desiderassero ed in cui è racchiuso il significato del titolo del singolo), ha debuttato globalmente il 9 luglio 2021, a soli due giorni dalla finale degli Europei maschili di calcio, vinti proprio dalla nazionale italiana dopo ben 52 anni. Tenendo conto di quanto è oggettivamento successo di positivo dal giorno dell’uscita del singolo in poi, l’atteggiamento del brano sembra aver(ci) portato molta fortuna!

Enriched with an enveloping refrain and an elegant atmosphere, it was perfect as the soundtrack of the Italian record summer just passed. In fact, the single, which was dedicated to all those people and women who, at least once in their life, were told that they would not be able to do something (this in the hope that the individual could give the necessary grit not to doubt the the fact that instead they could do whatever they wanted and in which the meaning of the title of the single is contained), he made his global debut on 9 July 2021, just two days from the final of the men’s European football championships, won by the Italian national team after 52 years . Taking into account the positive objectification success from the day of the single release onwards, the attitude of the song seems to have brought (us) a lot of luck! ,
